Dear Members,
We can arrange funds for Exporters with genuine consignments (Any Commodity) under a Structured Finance (with a 3rd party entering as forwarding entity).
- Seller must be a regular exporter with established exports to various customers across the globe.
- Investor (Trading House) is introduced between Exports Company and their End Buyers.
- Investor enters into a forward contract with the Exports Company for supply of goods during the period of contract (i.e. Advance Payment Supply Agreement)
- Export Company opens the Export Performance Bank Guarantee (EPBG) in favor of the Investor for equivalent amount of advance amount.
- Under the contract, Export Company ships the goods as per agreed schedule, directly their End Buyers and bills Investor.
- Based on Company’s shipment, Investor onwards bill to End Buyers & receives the payment of consignment.
- Once the money from Ultimate Buyer is received in collection account controlled by Investor, liability to that extent gets reduced and a new trade advance for equivalent amount may be extended again.
- The arrangement can be for 3 – 8 years with / without rolling basis
